I worked with Ian at Harrogate Police back in the day - we were both in the same office and had a LOT of laughs! Years later, we ended up living on the same street! Only this summer Ian popped round to help me change a toilet seat, of all things, and so my last memory is of us having yet another laugh over a cup of tea whilst sat on the bathroom floor. Sorely missed. A kind, generous and genuine man. May he rest in peace. X
