Dear Amanda, Jason and Adam, I wanted to send a short note to say how sorry I am to hear of Ian's passing. Ian was incredibly well regarded and well liked, he was also passionate about improving emergency service communications, a passion which I shared with Ian. Over the years I came to regard Ian as someone who would tenaciously follow up on the actions he promised and he would also press me to do the things I promised. I will miss Ian a great deal and I hope that this message provides a little comfort in a very difficult time for you.
