From working with Ian when he was on the BAPCO executive to handing my CEO duties over to him in late 2016, my respect for his professionalism and humanity grew and grew. He was one of the 'good guys'. Caring, wise and a brilliant organiser with vision, his guidance and leadership took BAPCO to new levels. The whole 'blue light' comms world is missing a champion.
